Here is an either or to get us going.
Fountain soda, can soda, or bottle soda

Wow, great question!
I enjoy fountain soda the best (sometimes I even crave it!). I guess it's the way it's mixed or aerated, but it just tastes better than canned or bottled. My second choice is canned, though. I don't often drink soda out of glass bottles, but plastic bottled soda just tastes kind of "off". Plus I don't think it gets as cold as it does when it's in a can.
Lemme go poke Yuffie so she can rejoin before this fills! xP

I've been poked! And thus, here I am
I guess I'll also say Fountain Soda but mostly for the connotation - usually I'm doing something fun or special to warrant a fountain soda (I don't eat out too often), so it feels more "special". I guess it does taste... "fresher", if that's a thing, but you also have to be careful b/c of the overabundance of carbonation can ruin the flavor & make you have that awkward conversation with the cashier....
I agree bottled sodas have a different taste than canned sodas, but again - I only have a bottled soda if I'm doing a project or such, so the connotation makes it seem more fun :3

What do you mean by fountain soda?
Bottled soda.
Bottled soda.
I don't know...I don't drink much soda, only root beer. And birch beer, for the few occasions I'm in the Northeast, which is evidently the only place in the US they have it. It's root beer, but with cane sugar instead of corn syrup. But anyway, I prefer bottled/canned over fountain. And of the two, I like the bottled variety better, just because it's more fun to drink from.

I like all 3 kinds but it depends on what I am drinking. My whole family drinks a lot of fountain soda since it is the cheapiest. There are a lot of sodas that I can't handle drinking with fountain soda because there is too much cabonation. I really like bottled soda because I can shake it up and take a lot of the carbonation out and then drink. It may seem weird but I actually like soda that is on the flat side because there is a lot less carbonation and you can actually taste the flavor of the soda.
My mom would deffintely agree about the taste of fountain soda. She drinks soda pretty much everyday and she drinks fountain soda the most. She will drink can soda if she has to and she will only drink bottled soda when it is first opened after that she doesn't like it. She has even considered trying to purchase a home fountain soda machine.

I like water, actually. But if I just had to pick, I would say can soda, because I could poor it into a glass.
PS: Way up north here we call it "pop". Just a random tidbit for you.

I like glass bottled soda. I don't think I've had the plastic bottles, so that might be why I prefer it.

I REFUSE THE CHOCOLATE. If that ever happened, I'd just sing Les Mis to myself. Much more efficient, plus I don't like chocolate.

I had this one friend who didn't like chocolate. But he had good reason. Being deathly allergic can do that to a person. You, however, obviously have never had good chocolate.
