Thanks kmr.

The story:

"After searching for a few hours without any luck, the group was starting to tire and give up. It was then that something caught the corner of jervis's eye. Upon closer inspection the blurry figure suddenly became clear, there was no mistaking who it was. STEWIE he shouted to the rest.

A chase ensued and it was not long before they was him enger an old abandoned warehouse on the outskirts of town. Once they had followed him in, mocha began to speak up. What if it's a trap she stated, everyone looked at each other, but before they could do anything the group heard an quite spine chilling *CLICK* the click that everyone knew but dare not speak of, the click that meant that they were trapped and once again Stewie had the upper hand. Stewie had trapped his prey once again

What does Stewie have in mind this time I guess we will have to wait and see"

Story is up. Please take note that there is no cluse in the story and that it is just for entertainment purposes.

Stewie.

I am not feeling too well, so just gonna vote randomly for now. I don't necessarily feel like doing anything.

Krum, at least indicate who in case you don't make it online. Hope you feel better soon.

@J-boy. Good luck with that! Lol. 7% chance of pulling the rabbit out of a hat.

I will vote randomly for Shadow now.

^ Do tell us for whom you voted.

Safety vote for 4wheels.

The psych question is identical to one I used in my last game. Some of the players here were in that game, and some of them discussed their ideal jobs. When I'm on my laptop, I'll look into it a bit more - iPods were not made for switching between tabs.

I'm terribly tired. Goodnight!

EDIT: Vote confirmed. Also, my first sentence was directed at kmrutledge, not jervis, in case the simulpost confused anyone.

As I said in round 0, I'm voting for Shaidar this round. Shaidar, if you are the boss again, I'd be impressed.

Ok so if we want to clear someone in round 1, we need to work out a majority to go for. I can change my vote. Maybe Shaidar, since he just got eaten in mochas wwg. Clearing him will give him some game play, but also if he's boss again, we can nip his dictatorship early

I think we should stick to MoO this round. Then, based on firings we can make a majority next round.

J-Boy... I hear ya on the MoO thing... The problem I've found with MoO in the 1st round of a WTB game, is that at least a couple of people probably won't vote... so those people get fired... and we don't learn much...

But... On the off chance that we get lucky... I will put in my safety vote for J-Boy right now... and if we decide to go full on majority, I should definitely be back on before this round ends....

Did you know: that the ocean holds nearly 20 million tons of gold but most of it is diluted. Each liter of seawater contains about 13 billionths of a gram. So there is enough gold on the sea floor to put 9 pounds in every pocket on Earth.

Darn it. Phone logged me out when sending a post! Grrr typing on phone sucks big time!!

Ok, tried to say, MoO gives less info than forming a majority. 1. Boss can fire people who are in chain. A votes B votes C votes D. Boss fires A,B,C and only 1 cleared (D). 2. Harder to pinpoint rat and boss votes in MoO. 3. Doesn't matter about inactives. Will get a wasted round no matter what.

So, I'm changing vote to kmrutledge. She's at least active, and I'll be forming mini majority for now (apologies RGW if you don't want to be in majority but I can't vote jboy as he voted me, and Shaidar 4wheels and mathisnice are yet to be active here).
Not sure if I can get online again before end of round so I may not get a chance to change votes again if others prefer a different majority, or if everyone else is ok with the MoO strategy.

I'm willing to be in a majority frist round, and will make sure to check back as the round progresses to see where we go with it. It is too easy for people to forget to vote or to lie about their votes to trust single vote firings too much. Just a few games ago we had someone ask at the end of a game why it was bad for an employee to lie about their votes, that they had been doing so througout the game.

The hard part about majorities first round is everyone is afraid to be out so quickly. If we all voted the same person, though, we would all be equally likely to be fired, just like with a MoO vote.

I'm throwing out a safety vote for Math right now, but I'm definitely down for a majority on me to clear myself, however, I don't want you guys risking your lives this early either. However, Mocha you bring up a good point that if everyone voted for one person it'd be as effective as a MoO. But I highly doubt that it would be likely to get everyone coordinated to vote one person, and I think its more likely that it'll end up as 4 people risking themselves to clear one person.

EDIT: just wanted to clarify mathgeek, not mathisnice

We have got all kinds of interesting things going on. I'm changing to jervis to get myself out of a small loop which will learn us nothing, and into forming a majority for jervis, who I would like to know is on our side if he is an employee.

EDIT: Vote change to jervis confirmed

Ok, I prefer not to be in a majority the first round or two.

Hey Shaidar - it is good to see you... hope things have been well! So well, I will put my safety vote on you instead of being in the small majority on kmrutledge (it will help Mocha's chain list better too!)

Edit - confirmed vote changed to Shaidar!

And because I think it is always a nice way to put someone in the spot light... Happy Birthday Mocha! Maybe the boss will be considerate of you as a gift, if you're in a lemming vote, and not fire you this round!

Only on Braingle would "math" be an ambiguous nickname.

Sorry I missed the round, guys. I was busy all day and out with some friends all evening. The voting list looks good; I do wish we knew who kmr voted for, though.

EDIT: Oh, I didn't notice the two potential mandatory fires. Looks like we're not getting much information out of this round. We should definitely have a majority next round so we can start clearing people. I wouldn't mind being a potential lemming either. Go big or go home.

EDIT 2: Make that one potential mandie.

Yep, that's the rule. Sadly a couple players couple players could have been put into a majority they did not want and fired because the simple act of posting who you are voting for was missed... or they are the boss/rat and don't feel the need to state their vote because they know it doesn't really matter who they state. Limerick... I be a watching you!

but on a personal more lighter side... my daughter sent me a picture of my grandkids taken today which is now my newest avatar. Erik is 7 and Ryan is 5... I told her it looked like they were going back to the 60's... she said they are getting ready for the 4th of July.
