Looks like the boss will get fired come on employees!
Soccer? Well if I wasn't clear before, I am now, I think my favorite sport (as well as my favorite players) is evident in my user name.
I do enjoy horse racing on occasion and will even go to the track we have here in town (though it is standardbred which I don't enjoy as much as thoroughbred.
Not sure if we cleared sader or not, as we cannot be sure people voted as they said they would,
Not sure we can determine anything from the use of the word "soccer" since I think we would all refer to it that way.
Anyway, back to the game.
I just reread the entire game, and noticed really how little Kaiper has said or contributed, yet is still here. I did say earlier, if it wasn't sader it was Kaiper so that is where my vote is going.
I may not be on much more today - as I explained in the WWG I am moderating, my nephew is graduating HS today, so I am going out of town to see him. I will be back tomorrow around noon (I am hoping).

Maybe the dog only brings the ball back because he thinks you like throwing it.

SADER: I just reread the posts from last round and saw where you said you were offended by the comment I made about lack of competition in the classroom. IF THIS OFFENDED YOU - I apologise, it was not meant to. I just meant that in a lot of schools they have removed a lot of the competitiveness so as to bolster self-esteem and cooperation. I know in my nephews' schools - they've done away with a lot of the competition, in gym teams are randomly assigned so no one is the kid picked last that no one wants; even on some of the school teams, everyone who wants to play can; group lessons are no longer (as they were in my day) broken into "above grade level" "at grade level" and "below grade level" groupings, that way no one is singled out. Not sure how this is useful to anyone - in my view it holds the smart kids back (but that is just my opinion).
Hey IF you promote completion - I think that is GREAT I am all for it: Not everyone is good enough to make the team, and not everyone deserves a trophy. I didn't make the choir it didn't scar me for life (even after the teacher pointed out to the whole class I was the only one who tried that didn't succeed. Failure is pat of life. Andthe sooner kids learn that, the better.

Yes, if everyone voted as they said they did, then you are clear, which is hwy I've changed my vote to Kaiper she was my second choice for boss.
Go ahead - it is a waste of a vote though as I was clear in the first round based on the memos and psych answers:
1) I admit this could be me I suppose
2) I do NOT NOT NOT watch TV; I am Canadian, therefore I speak English and French (and high school level German). Oh I guess due to my post-secondary education and training I should also admit to knowing both medical (pharmacy) and legal (paralegal) Latin. I do not speak any Asian languages (aside from about 5-10 words I remember from living in Korea when I was there teaching English.
3) I am highly competitive, games with no winner and loser do not interest me. I play to win. "NO ONE remembers who came in 2nd, 2nd place is nothing more than the first loser."; "If winning doesn't mater -whey keep score?"; and so on and so on ...
4) My username alone clears me here - it is obvious what my favorite sport is! (If you don't know who the HABS are - look it up).
I am thinking that it HAS to be Kaiper as she and sader were the only two that were not at least potentially cleared by the memos, questions and game comments. Kaiper has been too quiet for my liking.

Guys, I voted ***** last round..
Sader, I know you've only played a couple games, but according to the rules, you are not actually allowed to say who you voted for in prior rounds - unless the mod lifts that ban (which I don't think he has).
If you truly voted for me, I'm cleared.

I'm voting HABS again...

I did forget the rule about stating whom I voted for... I deleted it, just to be safe. I just don't have anything else to go on.

I had noticed you've only played a couple games, so didn't know if you were even aware of the rule. No big deal, and sometimes the mods do away with the rules. We were running games that we called the "anarchy" series that much like UFC the only rule was "there are no rules".

You didn't have to delete your entire post, you could have edited it. For those who want to know what she said, I've quoted most of it anyway with my responses to each part!

Just checked over the previous rounds and discovered that Sader's claim she would be cleared if we all voted as we claimed is invalid. I know I agreed with it above, but "Upon further review" I have changed my mind:
I stated a vote for sader and I'm still here
Braingle stated a vote for saderand is still here
nicats stated a vote for Tala as did Kaiper, this created a competing majority.
Sader stated a vote last round (and this round) for HABS2933
Since both people who voted for sader are still here and would have been lemmings for participating in a incorrect majority, and one of two people involved in the other majority (who would also be on the list) was fired, then it would seem plausible that neither me nor Braingle was fired due to not being able to, as you cannot be fired if you vote for the boss.
Sader voting for me (multiple times) seems suspicious as it has been clear for a number of rounds that I am not the boss. She may well be stating a far-fetched vote as her vote does not matter since she is either (a) the boss (still what I am thinking) or (b) Kaiper's rat.
Changing my vote back to sader as I see her as the more likely candidate.
I encourage the other employee to do the same.

why are you so defensive? and tell me a game where the boss had a glaringly obvious answer because i didn't see one, why would you give yourself away? besides favorites can change. you made your account 3 years ago.

I have to bow out for a few hours... I'm at a teacher conference today, so go ahead and vote for me. Again. If you ever voted at all...

I didn't say the post was glaring obvious, I said it was obvious I was cleared. Yes favorites can change but my favorite sport has always been hockey and my favorite team is the Habs (go figure). You'd have to know hockey to get it, but even my avatar points to hockey as being my favorite.
My distaste for television is no secret on here - I don't watch more than 2 hrs a week.
And no, I wouldn't give myself away, but the boss is not allowed to lie. I find ways to hide myself in plain sight.
I don't lie out here either. I have always found a way to answer the psych question honestly then also deny stuff out here without lying.
You guys think it is me? I've been saying from Round 1 to go ahead and vote for me. IT will cost the employees the game, but go ahead. We don't know for sure how many employees are left. The rat may have been fired, in which case we may have a round after this one. But if the rat is still around, this is our last round, the boss will fire one player at the end of the round, leaving boss, rat, and 1 employee. This is all the boss needs to win.
Go ahead and vote for me - I am staying the course and voting sader

I feel like Habs's post may be that of a gutsy boss, but I'm not really sure I want to take the risk...going to vote sader for now.
In the spirit of being totally honest, I will admit a few more things to you:
As far as not watching TV, that is true, the only time my television is on is when my husband is home, then it is never off (drives me batty). He went out of town for a week for work, and I didn't turn it on at all. HOWEVER, that being said, were I forced to pick a favorite show, I will admit CSI was at one point my favorite show. It was the only show I watched, but I turned my phones (cell and home) off during that our on Thursday nights. I figured I was entitled to 1 hr of peace a week. I have since bored of it and haven't watched it in close to 5 years.
As for my claim to only speak French and English (other than a smattering of the Latin and German)- that is not totally true either, I am very well versed in Newfinese as well.

Doesn't really matter for whom I vote... It's not enough to create a majority....

Actually, if the rat is still here, only 2 people really vote, so only ONE needs to vote for the boss to get the boss.
If the rat is gone, then 3 people vote and we need 2 votes to fire the boss.

In the example, my guess would be that not all the employees voted or didn't vote for the boss.
In the 2nd example, the boss would fire one of the remaining 2 employees leaving himself and the rat with only 1 employee left......I think .
Either way, we need to get it right or our chances are dwindling. I do believe that this game is in its final hour.

Sorry!!!! Question for the boss: Apple, android, windows or blackberry phones? Why do you think the phone of your choice is better.
I know that's a crap question but I was going out the whole day. Yarn, so tired!

lol Braingle, I thought I understood it just fine, but yeah if what you say is true (I am assuming it is, I just took you at your word) then I guess I really don't get it after all.
Hopefully the boss, (whomever it may be) does his duties as soon as possible and coonine takes care of his end of things quickly so the next round (if there is one?!?) can start or we can win the game *fingers crossed*
