In this game, you will be placed into teams and will try to find the identity of the boss. Each team (alliance) will try to work together to stay in the game as long as possible without getting fired. Each alliance for the round will be posted at the beginning of each round (yes, alliances change from round to round).
Each "team color" will also be posted at the beginning of each round. All posts should be in the color of your alliance.
The boss will be notified of who the rat is, and they may discuss the game privately, through PMs. No other players are permitted to discuss the game outside the game until it ends.
Each round, a question will be posted. The first person to post the answer to the question will earn immunity for their team. This means: no players from that alliance will be fired for being a lemming. The boss is NOT permitted to fire anyone from the team with immunity unless they are on the mandatory firing list.

The boss and rat will be able to communicate privately throughout the game. The boss and rat are permitted to help each other solve the questions posted each round, and they can discuss game strategies.
The boss and rat will not always be on the same alliance each round.

TRILL, can I ask that you help guide the boss in the game as to who they can and cannot fire each round so as to make it easier for them to not break your rules. And what is the penalty if the boss fires someone who is immune?

And what is the penalty if the boss fires someone who is immune? Good question. 
They will be locked away in Braingle Prison for 4 years.
