The boss listed their best braingle accomplishment as having lots of positive karma. This rules out ljtrigirl. Other than that I'm not sure.

Wow, we're all on our same team! 
Hmm... if everyone voted for whom they said they voted for the last few rounds, then that means that Brain, Smithy, Witty, j279 and ltblupngn are ALL cleared (Witty and j279 in round 1, Smithy in round 2, Brain and ltblu in round 3). That only leaves ljtrigirl left. That has to be the boss! That means that Smithy is most likely the rat! If you'll look back at round 1, smithy either forgot to vote, or he just didn't say who he was voting for. If he forgot to vote, the only reason he would be around still is because he is the rat! My vote is deff going to ljtri this round.

Could be... if I deny it, you will say that I am lying. If I admit it, you will vote for me, and you will find out next round that I'm not the boss, ro you will get fired... Either way, I will still be in the running next time, and you will find out that I am not the boss.
And, Smithy... thanks for bringing up that I have very few karma points. That makes me feel really good about myself...
