Tom's Geography teacher is testing their global location skills.
He asks Tom, "What is the capital of Czechoslovakia?"
Tom answers, "Prague, sir!"
His teacher says that this is wrong. Tom is puzzled. He has even been to Prague. Why was his answer wrong?
