Bob was looking through a road atlas of the United States while Fred yo-yoed.
Bob asked, "Why does Hawaii have Interstates when it doesn't border any states?"
Fred replied, "I don't know...Congress?"
"Hmm, " Bob said. "I'm surprised you don't know. You're usually a wealth of completely useless trivia. You must be getting old."
Fred deftly finished rocking the cradle and replied, "I don't know about that. I can think of another state with a unique characteristic."
Bob's interest was piqued. "Oh, yeah? Let's hear it."
"Okay, put down the atlas and see if you can think of the only state with rivers defining both its eastern and western borders."
