I had a difficult time solving without making assumptions that since someone doesn't like something that they weren't doing it, or that because they did like it, that they were doing it.

This was fun, u had to actually use logic, like beaches are logical in hawaii and hockey in canada.

Too many assumptions as mocha said.

This puzzle has no assumptions at all. The clues are very clear.

Fun teaser, but i have to agree, too many assumptions. Just because someone enjoys doing something does not mean they were doing that activity. Also, Kevin hopes to hit the ski slopes in Alaska. That doesn't not necessarily mean that he went skiing with his wife on Valentines day. Remember, according to the intro, the vacations and valentines activities are 2 different occassions.
