| also known as "4 is cosmic" - start with any number and go to the 'next' ie: 100 -> 10 -> 3 -> 5 -> 4 and you will always always end at 4. |

| the rule of 4 means you can start at any number and if you count characters down you will always end up at 4.
100 = One hundred = 10 = Ten = 3 = three = 5 = five = 4 |
