Here's the deal:
Two groups of words:
A: all, in, is, is, the, the, the
B: all, all, call, doubt, go, good, knowledge, moon, out, shoot, time, tune, wealth, when
Take two words from Group B and put one word from Group A between them and you have a "common phrase".
Example: "knowledge is wealth"
That leaves six remaining three-word phrases for you to construct.
All words are used and no words are missing.
Bonus Challenge: Arrange the six phrases into a three-stanza doggerel poem (if needed you can add no more than two new words).
