Funny Clothes
Many 'Situation Puzzles' are not designed to be answered by themselves. The idea is for one person to know the answer and other people in a group to try and guess it using yes or no questions. The first person to get the answer is the winner.
A man is dressed up in brightly colored makeup and funny clothes. He has a lot of candy, but it is not Halloween. What is this man doing?

The man works at a circus and is dressed up as a clown. The candy is for all the kids who come and watch the circus.
