I so disagree with the mimicking evil spirits---we were always taught that they were worn to hide as well.


And the apple thing is so wrong. Apples originated in candy bags, at least here in the south, because adults got upset about children's sugar consumption, so parents wanted their kids, and neighborhood kids to be healthier on halloween. so they gave apples. the fact that they are harvested now is just a fluke--they are harvested differently in different locals.

"trick or treat, smell my feet, give me something good to eat. If you don't, i don't care, I'll pull down your underwear!!!" My son loves singing that, halloween or not Only missed 2. Great quiz.
