sherrmann, question #3 is correct as written. You're confusing the lighting effects with the physical face. The moon, as a physical object, is tidally locked to the Earth. Look at photos of the moon through the phases, and you'll see that the geography we see does not move with respect to us (except for a minor orbital "wobble" of less than 1% in each direction).
Up until the 1960s, there was a lot of speculation about how the back side of the moon appeared. Most planetologists agreed that it would look much like the side that faces us. Finally, the USSR got a probe with a camera to make a swing around the back, and we had pictures to show that there was a surprising difference: fewer mare ("seas") and craters, and a lot of rocks strewn around.

got #4 wrong because from what i know, Demeter was the goddess of fertility, so i thought it was a trick question.

As a general statement, I dislike questions like #8. I knew that earth atmostphere was by far mostly nitrogen, with a good bit of oxygen and a little of other stuff; as do many people. I don't see a point in tricking people by making the number slightly off.

Otherwise, great quiz.

When I read the question about the name of Mars, I put false because I didn't see the word 'war'
