This one was for the BIRDS.

Didn't think I knew that much about birds but I was pleasantly surprised to score as high as I did. Birds are facinating creatures with the ability to adapt to very harsh environmental circumstances and situations. We can learn about about survival by watching and learning from birds. They can predict the weather better than we can, locate necessary materials to provide shelter, show us how to court a mate and many other thigs if we just take the time to study them. Great Quiz!!!

I see why I missed the flamingo question. I was sure I had clicked "yes" because I know they can fly, but I got the answer wrong because somehow I clicked "no". But now I see that "no" is in the usual "yes" position. I must have just clicked the top choice and not read the actual words. My fault for not paying attention, but not a very good way to construct a quiz. Reading previous comments, I see that this question must have originally had a wrong answer. It looks like it was corrected by changing the words on the choices, not by actually changing which button is the right answer. Is this the usual procedure for this type of correction? I really think this question's answer section should be redone so that "yes" and "no" are in the usual positions.

Other than that, this was a nice quiz.

Guessed on most and scored an A+!!! BTW, why is everyone arguing that Flamingos can fly??? The quiz correctly stated that they can!!! The question was, "Can flamingos fly?" The correct answer was YES. Read carefully.

gille86, the people who were arguing about flamingos flying took the quiz before a correction was made.
My comment on the flamingo question is about the placement (positions) of the yes and no buttons.
The no is where the yes usually is, and I didn't actually read what I was clicking, just clicked the usual position for a correct answer.
I'm wondering why the question was corrected in that way.

Penguins fly quite often! I sat next to one in coach last Fall and we talked about our mutual concerns with Greenpeace!
