I was born in 1977 and my favourite band is The Beatles - i love a lot of music that was around well before i was born including Janis Joplin and Bob Dylan - who incidentally also falls into this category (he had hits in the 80's with the Travelling Wilbury's). It was an ok teaser, but i don't know the kinks and i think it was a valid point - where were they hits, because i'm from australia. In the answer you should put what those hits were. |

Posted by quomann on Jan 05, 2005 Without wishing to be pedantic this teaser is not correct. There is also another group who can boast this achievement (at least in Great Britain) - The Bee Gees (Massachusetts in the 1960s, Staying Alive in the 1970s and You Win Again in the 1980s).  God bless. |
