Old or Young Woman
An optical illusion is a visually perceived image that is deceptive or misleading.
Can you see both the young woman and the old woman in this classic optical illusion? If you need some help, the eye of the old woman is the ear of the young woman. The old woman's mouth is the young woman's necklace.

The mouth of the old woman is a necklace on the young woman's neck, and the far eye of the old woman is the only eye visible on the young woman who is looking away from you. |

The original idea of two pictures in one (when both faces) is not a new idea and not a strict optical illusion, but an idea that was first used in Germany several hundred years ago as entertainment for the 'higher class gentry' at Christmas and the like. |

It looked like the side view of her face but then I read the description and saw the old woman.
