They agreed not to duplicate any choices. Because of variations in the legislative calendars, the new stones were chosen at different times. From the info provided, determine the order in which the states made the decisions, each states governor, and the stone chosen.
States: Iowa, Maine, Ohio, Texas
Governors: Bracket, Miller, Paulsen, Savron
Stones: garnet, ruby, sapphire, topaz
1. Three of the governors are: Bracket, the governor of the state that chose the sapphire, and the person who runs the fourth state to pick a gem.
2. The garnet was chosen after Texas chose its state stone.
3. Iowa's governor isn't Bracket.
4. Miller's state chose its stone before Bracket's state did.
5. Maine chose its stone before the state that picked the sapphire.
6. Iowa chose its stone after Savron's state chose, and before the ruby was chosen.
