Surnames: Williams, Drew, Matthew, Edwards, Thompson
Number of Children: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
Children: Suzanne, Louanne, Peter, Stephanie, Walter
Ages: 5, 7, 17, 8, 15
1. Mrs. Edwards's child was not Louanne (who was not 8). Stephanie did not have 4 siblings.
2. Stephanie was not the oldest child, but was no more than 3 years older than the youngest child. Walter Drew was not Thomas's child.
3. Christina's daughter was not the oldest, but was older than at least one other child. The youngest child was not surnamed Matthew.
4. The oldest child was upset because she was expected to help the parents watch the younger children. Luckily, her friend Louanne was there to keep her company.
5. Andrew (who was either surnamed Thompson or Williams) brought either Suzanne or the child who was five years old.
