Quadruplets!!

Identical quadruplets - Oliver, Charles, Dominic and Fred - have lost their teddies and their sets of matching clothing, and their mother doesn't know who is who! Help her to solve which boy has which teddy and which set of clothing.

All Mother can remember are the following:

Oliver's teddy isn't complete.
The boy with the green clothes has the brand new teddy.
Dominic has blue clothes.
The ancient teddy is often dressed to match its owner, who often wears yellow.
Charles doesn't like red or yellow.
Fred doesn't have an incomplete teddy.
The one-eared teddy belongs to a boy in red clothes.
