Five Property Owners sold real estate in five areas of town to five buyers with the aid of five real-estate companies. Who did what and where?
Owners: Alice, Ann, Burt, Clyde, David
Buyers: Gary, George, Harriet, Jane, Mary
Realtors: Big Lands Realty, Lots 'n Lots, Grounders Realtors, AcreAge, ProperTies
Properties: Streetview Apts., Fabulous Flats, Wooden Oaks Manor, Running Water Ranch, Cornered Castle
Locations: Wet Beaches, Dryrain Gulch, The Hamlet, Dis-strict District, Even Fields
1. Jane bought Wooden Oaks Manor to help her nephew Clyde (the owner), but she planned to resell it, because she wanted nothing to do with the Dis-strict District where it was located.
2. Harriet didn't trust Grounders Realtors, so she chose instead to invest in an Even Fields property.
3. Lots 'n Lots does not handle property in the Dis-strict District, and Clyde does not deal with Big Lands Realty.
4. The five real-estate companies are: AcreAge, the one which handled David's Streetview Apts. (which was sold to George), the one with property in Dryrain Gulch, the one from which Mary bought Running Water Ranch, and the one which sold Burt's Fabulous Flats.
5. Neither Grounders nor ProperTies will handle property in the Dis-strict District.
6. Alice was delighted when Lots 'n Lots informed her that her Running Water Ranch had been sold to a cowgirl. That was the most expensive property in the Wet Beaches area, but it was not as expensive as the property ProperTies sold in The Hamlet.
