The Carsons had a party and invited the O'Neals, Larsens, Jeffersons, Martins, and Samsons. The five husbands were named Elmer, Jeff, David, Charles, and Sam. The wives were named Mary, Helen, Madalene, Jessica, and Marlene. From the clues given, determine not only the first and last name of each guest, but also the order in which they arrived at the party. Each couple arrived together as a couple.
1- When Mary arrived, her brother David was already there, talking with Elmer Samson and the O'Neals.
2- The Jeffersons arrived after the Larsens but before Jessica.
3- No person at the party has first and last names beginning with the same letter.
4- Neither Helen nor Mrs. Martin is married to David.
5- Jeff and Marlene arrived together after Elmer and before Mary, but none of these people arrived first.
6- Charles is not married to Jessica.
