A flower.It needs light to grow, and dew forms on it at dawn, as if it is "crying". When a bee takes flight, it takes a flower's pollen, or its "children".

I was thinking of things more along the lines of those flowers that only open up in the daylight and that close at night so it would appear as if they were crying.
