Yeah...generally the "vain" have many possessions. Maybe nothing of "true" worth, but many worldly possessions. Could be worded better.
I find it upsetting that one could believe nothing can help the troubled spirit.
God's presence is sort of renowned for giving rest to the troubled spirit.
Other things might help are the love and concern of friends, sleep, Prozac, time.
And I think the vain are more likely to have possessions.
