Out of food and starving, they all agreed that one of them had to die. The other two would live off of the dead person till rescuers found them. All three guys were single, the same shape and weight, and all had the same skills. None of them had any family; they were all orphaned when they were kids. How did they decide so easily on who should be sacrificed for the other two?

ya i'll just give up my life for the good of the team. i wouldnt eat human anyway and im not a vegetarian.
I thought that they chose the guy who thought of the idea. =) It would be poetic justice.

Yeah, I'm a vegetarian and there is no way that I would "naturally" sacrafice myself. I'd probably resort to canabalism first.

How is it mean to vegetarians? If anything, this teaser is suggesting that vegetarians are so uncompromising in their ideals that they would rather die than eat meat. I'd say that's a compliment.

As a vegetarian since the age of 3, I find this completely ridiculous and bordering on offensive. We aren't some magical, mysterious people; I wouldn't become perfectly willing to sacrifice myself in this situation just because of my eating habits.
I would hazard a guess the other two aren't ordinarily cannibals, yet they're willing to set aside their usual morals to eat a human. Why do you think a vegetarian would have much more difficulty? Trust me, if I were in that situation, I'd want to live just as badly as anyone else.
