he cud have done it if his weapon wuz fixed on sumthin...aimed at the hat.
so when he turned...he wudnt have da weapon in his hand...all he had to do wuz shoot!!!!!!!

Actually, some people can shoot blindfolded. They can even shoot an apple after doing all these things.

Snipers can do that simply if they hung it on something else.
