just because a young person practiced everyday on his instrument does not mean he or she was not a practiced musician
that is true but i think that puts more thinking into the problem than is needed.
I agree, there are many professionals in many different fields that have to practice everyday. Just becuase one practices doesnt make them inexperience.
The word "practiced" can be a verb, but as a verb, it doesn't mean "inexperienced"; it may only suggest the existence of inexperience.
