String and Cloth
Situation
Situation puzzles (sometimes called lateral thinking puzzles) are ones where you need to ask lots of yes or no questions to figure out what happened in the situation. These are good puzzles for groups where one person knows the puzzle and answers the questions.Situation

Why would he be flying a kite if it was raining!?
i know, it would be stupid
It doesn't have to be raining for there to be a shock. Wrongly written in the answer. Good though.
It does have to be raining. Electricity would not travel alobg a dry piece of string. It needs a conductor.
Wierd. Who flies a kite during the rain? And I'm not talking about Benjamin Franklin who flew one in the thunderstorm.
Easy, and yes there are stupid people who would fly a kite iin the rain.
