Jennifer, Carol and Tim all own properties in rather exclusive areas of town, and have recently had them valued.
Carol lives in Sunflower Rise, but her property is not worth £75 000.
The property in Joy Row worked out as the cheapest despite it being a lovely road.
Tim lives in a terrace house, although there are no terraced houses along Crispin Way.
Jennifer's property is not a Bungalow.

Way easy. But nice teaser.
Good Job...didnt see any unneccessary clues...
Great for a beginner. I messed up the first time, but got it the 2nd. Thanks!
To explain to nascar, a clue states "Tim has a terrace, even though there are no terraces on crispn way."
That states that Tim does not live on crrispn way.
I was tricked by it too, but I figured it out.
BTW, Good teaser. Fun and easy, once you figured that clue out.

pretty good. i love when u figure out clues that don't seem to make sense but by the end...everything works out well
That "Tim lives in a terrace house, although there are no terraced houses along Crispin Way." clue just comes across as odd ...
The 'although' doesn't really make sense there, and I had to re-read it a few times to be sure it was saying what I thought it was. To me, that 'although' implies those two statements are related in a way that just isn't there, hence the feeling like I'm missing something.

Did some clues disappear? The only number is 75,000.
