Answer
Cold shoulder. The scientific names for bones are listed and matched with a certain temperature. The 'scapula' is the shoulder blade and its temperature is 222°K, which is -51°C or -60°F! As you can imagine, that is quite cold while the other temperatures range from comfortable to very hot. Take away the 'blade', and it's a 'cold shoulder.'

Nice one! And informative too! A good dose of a rebus teaser and a new scientific fact!
WOW! You must be a genius to know all those terms for shoulder. Nice Job, though! I love the teaser!!
seems more scientific than rebus. Great teaser!
KFC? Name doesn't make sense to me but whatever. I forgot what patella was. I noticed the lower you got the hotter it seemed to get. I thought it was hot body cold feet, or something.
Rose -- it's great to see some more coming from you, as i really enjoy yours. Keep them coming!
Thanks a lot for the compliments! it's it's appreciated.
"KFC" simply refers to Kelvin, Fahrenheit, Celsius.

I don't think you should have put so many other things on there cuz I was tryin to figure out all of them! I said the first thing was head cold, and then I thought mandibles were hands and so I thought of hot hands, then I just started getting confused. It was really good though. Great idea.
Brain freeze...good tease

Rose- I thought it had to do w/ chicken!
I feel so smart. We just learned about this before we let out for the holidays and I made a 100% on the test. Your cranium is your skull. Your mandible is your jawbone. Your scapula is your shoulder blade. Your carpalls is your wrists. Your patella is your kneecap. Your tibia is your bigger leg bone I think your calf.
thanks
Hot legs, surely?!
okay, it was educational. i'll give you that. are you a medical student??
okay, I have one question. Is 51 below in celcius and 60 below in farenheit the same? I'm thinking not.
I got hot legs too. I like 'cold shoulder' better though.
I think maybe hot legs too. Incidentally -40 degrees is the same in Celcius and Fahrenheit.
With the title, I was also thinking of hot (spicy) chicken legs ... but not sure where the chicken fitted! Good rebus, but a bit harder than necessary for it to be FUNFUN. Still, I learned something. Thanks.
