or Morning star,
It depends on when I'm seen.

Answer
Venus. The planet Venus is often seen brightly in the evening sky, just after sunset, or in the morning sky, just before sunrise. It is often confused for a star, thus the name it is given.
Venus in Blue Jeans was a hit in 1962 for Jimmy Clanton.

It would have been a help if the author had mentioned the teaser was talking about two instead of letting you think it was just one thing.

Nice riddle. I figured it was some bright heavenly body visible at dawn and dusk. I guessed the moon. I did not know the music reference, but it looks like that was very popular with those that knew the reference. Sometimes, a teaser hits its niche audience and plays really well. That's fine by me.
I wasn't sure until the last line. One of those times being a senior is helpful. I'll be humming this song the rest of the evening.
Already knew this one, thanks!
Fun, easy and entertaining teaser. I got this one very quickly.
