Actually, the tires would sustain fractions more or less of 200km considering the fact that 2 tires can't be on 200km at the same time. Unless he manualed across the 200km line.
I don't see why Tiss. He can change the tyres as often as he likes whenever he likes as long as all tires are on the bike for equal distances. I like this teaser because it makes you think. A fairly obvious wrong answer would be 100 Km so you need to think more about it. Obviously, from the rating not many people share my enjoyment of Mathematical teasrs.
i assumed, without changing tires that all 3 tires would travel the same difference therefore 300 Km on each tire...just because they were all on the same bike and all were ridden on....i dunno...guess i'm just dumb
What if he did 250 km worth of wheelies? 
How does 2/3 * 300 = 200 make a teaser? Isn't this just a bit simple?
