i think i've heard this already'hmm,"divide equally the 27 horses to two fathers and two sons, and each one would have 7 because it would only be divided into 3 persons right?1 grandfather, his son and his grandson RIGHT COMET16?
you are right MARLON
EXECLANT! I was counting for sooooooooooooooo long!
How about how many people can there be at the most? try that one
29, Mogmatt16
you can't say that because a grandmother is also a mother
It took me awhile, but I got it. And Marlon.... 27 divided by three is 9, not 7.
I got nine:
Two boys and two girls, all siblings.
Their father.
The father's second wife (not the mother of the first four children).
The second wife's daughter (from her own first marriage).
The father's parents.
If you allow for relationships to people outside the photo, then the answer is simply six (any one person can be a grandmother, a granddaughter, etc. without limits)
If you only count relationships to people inside the photo, then the answer given comes up short one daughter and and one child. The female in the middle generation must be the daughter-in-law to the grandparents, NOT their daughter.
You could also finish the answer with "two grandparents: the maternal grandmother and the paternal grandfather" (or visa versa). This would also add one son-in-law, however.

Agreed with JasonD, best answer is 9 but given certain conditions could be 6 or other amounts as he explained, but not the 8 that is shown.
