Thanks for a laugh. I really liked that one.

Creative and funny!

i don't understand...
Tan, 'Bill' is a nickname for 'William', so we have Bills in each of those months. However, I don't think that it is strictly correct, as they are not monthly! They could have been made quarterly by a minor change.
However, I really enjoyed the answer - and, to me, that's more important than being pedantic in this category! Thanks for publishing it.

Clever teaser, but it's a subject I'd rather forget.
Good job!
Good job!
I agree it wasn't written properly, but otherwise it was an ok teaser.

Quarterly bills seems to come closer IMO.
I got it right away, so it makes sense to me. Great teaser. Thanks.

I was thinking quarterly billing also!
I like this rebus. Good job, thanks for posting.

I thought quarterly billing too...very fun!

HA, BILL!!!

Wow I always get mixed up between bill and will and william- I had a principal named Bill, but then people called him Will sometimes and it got so confusing. Nice teaser though

Thanks for an easy rebus for some1 who doesn't usually see them on her own! I immediately thought monthly bills, but then figured quarterly was closer. With just a little tweaking, this is an excellent fun/easy teaser!
I thought it was William the First, Williams the Third. The numbers represented by the months. I had a good laugh over the answer though. Good one!

gar, men whose given name is William can choose any name they want as a nickname. It could be Will, Wil, Willy, Willie, Bill or Billy. As you meet someone, you find out what he prefers to be called. If he has a preference, they're not interchangeable; I wouldn't call Cousin Bill, Willy, and I wouldn't call my friend's son Will, Billy! Don't be confused--it's personal preference--HIS preference, not yours!
