Situation puzzles (sometimes called lateral thinking puzzles) are ones where you need to ask lots of yes or no questions to figure out what happened in the situation. These are good puzzles for groups where one person knows the puzzle and answers the questions.Situation

Whoa. Weird...
Wouldn't both twins die if they were Siamese twins? Not a very good teaser....
See, if one sister went to jail, the other would have to go too. You couldn't really punish one twin without punishing the other.
What about a fine?
hmmmm.... Maybe. But it'd have to be pretty big for murdering someone! Anyway, they must've both worked for money, so it would have been unfair to the sister that didn't murder anyone to have that money taken away for a fine. (if you follow me there...)
If they're Siamese twins and one murdered the other's husband, the other is clearly an accomplicesince she did not prevent the murder. Lock 'em both up and throw away the key!!
I do not see this as likely. The woman has proof means she is giving evidence, also has assisted in the murder of her husband. Why would sho not stop it or destroy the proof.
not really plausible for me

I wonder what the husband of the first twin was doing with his wife when the second twin decided to murder him? Some people just never learn to share. Anyway, what about a flogging?
It doesn't mean that the sister giving testimony is an accomplice. Maybe the husband came home from work, and he said "Hi honey, give me a ki... urk!" The wife-twin never knew what was happening until she sees her twin's hand holding the bloody knife. So she immediately knocks out her twin and calls the cops.
The real twist to the story is that the conjoined twins could never be separated, because they are only separate from the waist up, and share a single lower half. The angry twin killed the husband because she felt he had assaulted her.
Or maybe not.
Anyway, the polite term these days is "conjoined" twins.

Ok, my answer was that she had already been tried and acquitted...
