just to make a comment, I AM CANADIAN! and the only word of those three i've heard is glamour
Simple - four and your!
Devour, hour, sour, flour...
there's plenty, and your teasers are way down with their quality
I actually meant some of the longer words like Flavour/flavor etc... I should have said. Things like tour, flour, hour etc are blindingly obvious. I was trying to refer to longer words that commonly lost the "U" when used in the two diferent versions of the language.
Actualy, those words are French, made sound English
You know what's interesting is that I've lost points in ENGLISH class for using 'English' spellings and not the 'American' ones...Whew, I almost went into a diatribe on the state of the American education system... Good teaser Mad-Ade! I knew what you were going for on this one.
there is always going to be negativity in the bunch, I think if you haven't got anything positive to say, don't say it, keep it to yourself. Its easy.
I disagree Sputnik, in order to have a quality product it's important to weed out the less desireable items.
If you bought a bag of potatoes, and upon opening the bag you found half to be rotten, you wouldn't just "keep it to yourself".
I mean really, should there be no quality control at all?
