Caesar
If a picture is worth 10,000 words and Caesar can command 100 ships with a wave of his hand and half a loaf of bread is better than none, how much is 1/136 of a picture of Caesar holding a full loaf of bread with 200 ships behind him worth?
Hint
Read it carefully.Answer
The answer is 10,000 words.1/136 of a picture is still a picture, so it would be worth 10,000 words.

Ouch. Very tricky, but good none the less. I looked at this several different ways and suspected the full loaf, etc. were irrelevant but never came up with the answer. Good job.
p.s. I notice that his name was spelled Caesar correctly in the title but Ceaser in the body of the teaser so thought this may have had something to do with the trick.
good teaser. had me stumped. but i thought the saying was that a picture was worth a thousand words, not ten thousand.
DO U WRITE IN ENGLISH
hey, smartypants, it could be any of them, i.e a full loaf of bread is still half (you can get half out of it) you can still get 100 ships out of 200.

Did not really understand but good job, anyway.
135 other art galleries will be pleased to know that if they tear the Mona Lisa into 136 bits and distribute the bits to them, each of the bits will still be worth the same as the original. A cute twist but there are too many other answers that would make just as much sense. e.g If he waved both of his arms (200 ships) he would drop the loaf of bread and therefore be worth nothing.
I feel smart! I actually got it! Yeah Me!!
A picture is worth 10,000 words to some people, and worth 1,000 to others, but to Devron, a picture is worth 10,000 words. To me, a word is worth 1000 pictures. But this is all irrelevant. I did although see the answer in the first sentence right away. The teaser is in the "Trick" category, was a give away.
Hey drop one of those zeros b/c a picture is worth a 1000 words buddy...thats the "saying"
i'm sorry but that teaser made no sense at all, good job though.
U got me on that 1
i got it :] i feel so smart now.
and yes it did make sense
Caesar can only command 100 ships. Since the picture has 200 ships, it must not be Caesar and the picture is a fake. A fake picture is worth nothing.
I thought photo for some reason, and I was like, "Nothing! The camera wasn't even invented until the mid-1800s." But I guess a picture could also be a painting or drawing.
