Can't say that I've ever seen a clock that read 5:60.

Ditto snaps, I remember editing this teaser...

560^0 = 600^0 as well. where ^ signifies an exponent.

how about 560, =, 600?

What does that mean, pujaan?

I got it....but still a great teaser!

How about a back slash and a front slash over the equal sign? Then it would look like an x? Hmmmmmmmm...........

I didn't say this appeared on a clock, I just said they equal the same thing. They are both 6 o'clock.

Yup, that's what was said. It works.

Nice 1! I thought of a clock right away. Also if you are including math terms wouldn't 56/0=60/0 work. Then they would both equal 'i' or 'undefined' wouldn't they?

Well, I really liked it. Nice 1!

also, 56*0 = 60*0 (same principle as the ^ answer, but differnt numerical results...)

i'm willing to be wrong on this one, but i don't think that mathematical signs are the same things as punctuation marks. therefore while people are correct that 56x0 equals the same thing as 60x0 (or any of the other formulas mentioned), the teaser clearly mentions "punctuation"

It says one mark, not two! Putting ^0 would be putting TWO MARKS!!!! Great te

aser by the way!

aser by the way!

yet another solution might be this:

56*0=60*0

Both equal zero, if the asterik is a multiplication sign.

56*0=60*0

Both equal zero, if the asterik is a multiplication sign.

In that case its also possible to just put a dot, assuming it represents multiplication...
