Good one.
I needed the hint to get it.
To be pedantic , hares are not rabbits, but jackrabbits are hares not rabbits,so there's never going to be an end to confusion. The principle difference is that rabbits build nests to protect their young who are born blind and furless while hares are born sighted and furry and don't build nests.
Still, there is nothing wrong with equating rabbits with hares to make a brain teaser (like mixing monkeys and chimps).

Now now, no need to split hares! Good teaser!
Thanks for the comments and for your explanation Barticus. I was aware of that and like you say it is a fairly excepted substitution generally speaking. @ monet601
Huh, I missed something I get the one but would love to see the answers to the other two- I guess it is just a bad night Good teaser
If you meant by the other two, the other two days, they were really only there to provide some context. Oh and I just spotted a typo in my comment above... I meant to say a 'fairly ACcepted substitution' , reads rather differently
Haha, loved it and the title also! Just saying Wabbit with an accent makes me laugh! Good job!
Title made me laugh, good one!
Hehe... thanks
trix are for kids
i too needed the hint

Very cute dsquared! I'm sure we have all had some of these days!
Thanks Froggy. Yep, they are annoying when they strike
I saw the title and thought of Elmer fudd, and the day he took bugs bunny into his house, and bugs bunny destroyed everything. Either way, it was good.

Very cool I only got it after the hint.
I'm having a bad fur day. Nice teaser.
Thanks Barticus. Tidbits like that are one of the best reasons to check in every day.
How cute! Hahahahaha...I have a bad hair day everyday, not only on Tuesdays.
Cute
Just had to hop in here..... love this one!!!
I got it right away...must be I have a lot of those days
I didn't look at the Teaser Subject and was thinking along the lines of Monday's child is full of woe. I was way off base.
Trix are for kids!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Ha
Wow, great one! I'm almost sorry you gave that hint, because it would have been veeerrrrry hard for me if I hadn't read the hint, but I wonder if I ever would have got it! The hint made it pretty easy, but what a fantastic rebus! That was a good one! I think you could possible have left mon. and wed. out, I think it would have been at least as soluble if not more so. Thanks!
Maybe I should've taken that right at Albergue -- top marks!
Haha Thanks!!! I actually had a bad "hare" day on Monday!!!
I loved this! I'm actually having a bad "hare" day today! I don't care, rabbits, hares, jackrabbits, jackalopes..love them all. great teaser! Into my favs!

Very good
Well, that made me feel smart! I got it right away Thanks for the ego boost and the fun puzzle

good one - liked it, and the fact that the rhebus was "long"
Absolutely adorable!! I did get it... having experienced plenty of those myself, it was an easy one, but it was soooo cute!!!
(I bed Elmer Fudd doesn't have too many bad 'hare' days!) heeheeheee

What a great teaser and some of the comments were just as good. Since I collect all kinds of rabbits I am suprised I didn't get this one in a "hop" but I got thrown off line thinking also of Monday's child, Tuesday child, etc. Great work and Happy Holidays to one and all.

Great one. I got this on on my own. I can relate as I too had waken with a bad hair day. Good job I enjoyed this one and relate to it.!!

First of all, when i seen the title, i too, thought of Elmer Fud. But i didnt get this teaser I am bad at teasers, I hardly get any of them
OH, how clever...
really cute...
I got this one!
Hmmm, let me see, judging from all the comments, this didn't get teaser of the day by any chance at some point during the holidays? . Thanks so much for all the comments and feedback.
that was cute
Thanks
That one cracked me up
I'm pleased ... need some glue?
This one is just too cute! Into my "favorites" 'cuz I have a wascally wabbit & collect "hare" jokes.
PS: loved your hint Sometimes only a paper bag will do
Thanks GebbieRose, I always like it when my teasers get a 'cute' vote
Hehe... I was posting my 1st comment as you were posting yours about the hint... affirmative on the paper bag, in fact so much so that I sometimes wonder how it hasn't become known as 'paper bag day' instead... oh ok, now I know why, that just sounds stupid
Really Cute.
Hehe, thanks.
