Situation
Situation puzzles (sometimes called lateral thinking puzzles) are ones where you need to ask lots of yes or no questions to figure out what happened in the situation. These are good puzzles for groups where one person knows the puzzle and answers the questions.Situation
The world's most accurate and most poorly mannered golfer played the same course once in the morning and again that same afternoon. In the morning, he scored 66; while in the afternoon, he shot 77. The conditions were the same, so why did he do so much worse in the afternoon?
Hint
He did not eat anything at lunch that affected his game. He played just as accurately in the afternoon, and his poor manners resulted in his worse score.Answer
Because he is so consistent and accurate, his shots land in the divot holes he left in the morning. This makes the next shot more difficult. Being poorly mannered, he had not replaced his divots.Hide Hint Show Hint Hide Answer Show Answer

I dont get it

what???
What's a divot?
A divot is the chunk of sod a golfer scoops out of the fairwaywhen s/he takes his second and successive shots. It's considered extremely bad manners to move on without replacing it and tamping it back down so that the next golfer to come along doesn't face that extra hazard.
