2 ez man im only 11 and i got it like that! *snapping fingers* think of some harder 1s man
the soccer football is spelled "futball"
It was okay, but there are too many EXPLANATIONS!
wow, that's a lot of harsh criticism. i thought it was a good teaser, albeit easy. and in ENGLISH, it IS spelled "football", unless you care to explain what a "fut" is... remember that not everyone is familiar with the sport and may have trouble with this.

Hmmm........perhaps saying that he scored a point and was immediately benched? I don't know. I don't think it was a "dumb" teaser. Just awkwardly phrased (besides, I don't think any teaser is "dumb" so there )
that was a good joke but it was easy. great job though!
You could also put they forfitted
I thought he scored 2 goals and the other team scored 8 and it was simplyfied like a fraction. Oh well.
That was a wonderful teaser! I love the sport soccer. And I thought you really had to use your brain to use this one. I swear, the rest are like learning how to say "I" Why would a fool like that shoot at his own goal???
Good 1
i'm the 1st of 2005!!!! Anyway i actually got it right i'm so and
First of '06. I think football is great. And I even FORGOT about O.G.'s. (own goals). Oh well. It better not have been Ronaldo, or Ronaldinho, Roberto Carlos or Zinedine Zidane! (My 4 favs).
Easy teaser for the Brits. It's the eve of the FIFA World Cup, so I'd just like to add GO ENGLAND, and let's keep the own goals to a minimum. Pity Scotland didn't make it this time, Mark but sounds like you're rooting for Brazil - they're always a good long shot at these things
If I was the coach of that team I would send him back to the D grade.
You would've thought the guy would figure out that he was going the wrong way...
Man, I did that once! teammates didnt like me for a couple days!
That's kinda stupid to score on your goal.

Own goals are very common in football - they are never intentional though - sometimes a clearance may not always go where the defender intended it!
Good easy question for Europeans

I thought he was off sides so the goals didn't count.
Fun teaser, but NOT a fun situation!
