that's a good one nice job
Alas! It could have been a good one but the show lasts for 1 hour which is also a square number!
WHAT is suare about the number 1, or 60 seconds, or 60 minutes, or.....Help me out please jimbo.
1 squared equals 1. One hour is 3600 seconds which is 60 squared.
1 squared equals 1 (NOT what I was thiniking), However, 3600 is correct (of course), and I knew that ahead of time. However, I was inviting JIMBO to say so. I didn't think anyone would go as far as counting the seconds. You did.
guys, i'm lost.
i missed that completely. cheers to Cod and to Jimbo too.

the chess match lasted for 1 hour
1squared(1x1)=1
witch is the same as 3600 seconds
60squared(60x60)=3600
1 and 3600 are both square numbers(a number can be multiplied times it's self to equal that number) so E would fit in with B C and D and only A wouldn't fit in

Also the chess marathon could have run over more than two seperate days and taken 40 hours not 16 ( if over 3 days), but would oddly work again if it lasted over 4 days and 64 hours
I think no matter what, there is almost always a situation in which we could vaguely connect a square number to it. No offense Coda, but I personally didn't find this one to be one of your better ones (Did I mention the word one? It's a square number :p). I got thrown off with the fact that number 3 isn't time related at all.
More insight Tissue. Thank you so much. I didn't even realize that about the third one not being a real "Time Line" my best work is yet to come, but perhaps not here?
I said B and C because they do not deal with hours and minuets. This puzzle was kinda vauge and squares really don;t translate that well into time measurements.
Not only was the teaser vague (I also had B and C), but it was not clear.
"'With the exception of one, five-day work week, I worked every day in September."
I interpretted this to mean that one week you only worked a five-day work week, while every other week in September you worked a seven-day work week. Of course, I wasn't sure if the five-day work week might not have still cause you to work more than 28 days in September because part of that week was in wither August or October.
