Good try. However, I cannot help but think it is slightly unfair on those who are not British...?!?
Good puzzle, and about unfairness, the unfairness about this being easier for Brits is offset by the puzzles that are easier for Yanks and the ones that are easier for the Aussies. I think it all evens out.
But the mention of Pooh Bear was a dead giveawy. A. A. Milne was British, therefore the answer had to be something a Brit would know. Plus the first and last words both start with the letter 's'. Take that with the fact that Pooh is A. A. Milne's creation gives you SAS. Therefore, all you had to do was search the web for information about the SAS to find a rhyming phrase.
Or maybe I'm just making all of this up, but why would I do that?
