Yup, he's back with more!!! Oxy, after finding that his first teaser had such great success, decided to find some more oxymorons and come up with another brain teaser!
Now, your task is the same as last time:
Can you figure out which well known oxymorons these words are?
Ex) Initial facsimile = original copy
1) discovered lost
2) bigger part
3) sugary sour
4) sad humor
5) solitary in company

I missed number 1. Oh well. I thought it was fun though. Great job- keep up the good work!
ya know, these are one of those rare ones that actually entertain me, nice job.
these are good - make you think and enjoyable. keep em' comin'
I thought #5 was "alone in a crowd." Great teaser. Love it!
Okay, so the brain wasn't up to par yet this morning, but this was fun nonetheless. Oxy the Moron is a pretty funny guy! Keep it up!
I also thought #5 was alone in a crowd. Not really up to par today so this one kinda went over my head. Should have waited until I had the time and patience to do this. Otherwise it was great. More please
way cool teaser!!! give me some more
i dfinatly liked it keep 'em coming!
he he. Funny.
Nice. I love oxymorons!
i love these!! i completely missed number 5!!
ughhhh i missed them all but it was still really good!!!
LOTSA fun ... again!
("Alone in a crowd" does work, but as you know, I think a good teaser can have multiple possibilities.)
More OXYs, Please!

I was thinking 'sweet sour' but then I've been over here a long while. The rest were fun.
What country are these "well known" oxymorons from? Surely not America, since asking a wide variety of people from different locales and different educational backgrounds they have never heard of these supposedly "well known" oxymorons. They sound quite made up, and not well know at all. Therefore, this puzzle is one of the lowest rated ever.... close to that horrible Yoda puzzle.
hey, nurpin, i dont know which world you're living in, but i have a feeling it is outside of a place called earth. (ever heard of it?) however, most people would have heard of these often used phrases. oh yeah, is there anything you know how to do except insult other teasers because all your comments are rude and obnoxious. once you get some of your own teasers, come back to say something about mine.
I got "alone in a crowd," too. Lotsa fun!
Good one, but on the easy side.
Good teaser only got three of them.
Nice one. Got four of five. Haven't seen one of these yet.
SNOOZE!!!
# 4 gave me pause, but the others were not too difficult. Good one, would like to see more.
Please make sure to use some sort of thesaurus instead of randomly choosing somewhat similar words. Too much lost in translation for this easy puzzle. I got every answer but hesitated each time thinking "no, that can't eb it, that doesn't make much sense"
Great concept! I could only figure out the first one!
I did not get them all, but it was fun trying. Not like the ones you don't know what you are supposed to do. Well executed in the explanation and example. Appreciate that.
I had a bit of trouble with these - but I like the concept! Thanks for posting.
Giving a "clue" to an oxymoron doesn't really work as the "clue" defines the words. You're just "pre-explaining" the oxymoron like a kid telling a bad knock-knock joke.
Don't get me wrong, I "get" them - I just don't find they work as a puzzle this way. i mean why not just rattle off a few dozen of then and let's all have a chuckle.
Pass the jumbo shrimp please.

Nothing against this good and fun teaser, but I always grit my teeth when someone says "we were alone together." If you are alone you are with nobody. If you are together you are not alone. Silly, isn't it?
Good one! Made me think!!
I'm with Babe, alone together does not make sense. Just saying.
I found it hard because I wasn't sure what I was looking for, still I got a couple of them, good job!
Sorry, but I'm with: "Nurpin", most of them I've never heard before in Aus.; they sound made up to me! Maybe only in the USA?!
I've got half a decade listening in from the USA and these are not familiar phrases to me either. I like the concept, but none of these resonated with me.
Very good!
How about bittersweet for number 3?
