Blindfolded Money Bowl
If you were blindfolded and placed in front of a large bowl containing $50, $20, $10, and $5 bills, and you were allowed to take one bill at a time until you have taken four bills of the same denomination, what would be the largest amount of money you could draw?
Answer
$305. You could take 3-$50's. 3-$20's. 3-$10's. 3-$5's. And the last bill would be another $50 bill.Hide Answer Show Answer

For some reason the answer will not appear on my browser, but I calculated $305....is that correct?
Ok...It finally worked. Fun, but not very challenging.
i don't get it...wouldn't you have to kno how many total bills at least that were in the bowl? just sayin there were certain denominations of the bills, i mean, there could be any number above 4 of each bill...or am i missing an important component to the puzzle?
