That's an interesting puzzle. Every third (2 digit) multiple of 7 gives the answer 7 when divided by the sum of its digits! Wow!
That's really no so amazing Jimbo if you look at it as multiplying 21 by a number that multiplies both 21 and its digits until you overflow the digit multiplication.
