Welcome to the Writing Teasers forum. As the main forum page states, here you can get and share pointers for writing teasers.
Before you post a new topic, be sure to look through the first couple pages of topics for an existing one. This will ensure that no duplicate topics are open at once. If you have comments on teasers or corrections that are in review, please use the stickied topic for such. If you have reached 2000 points, you should use the topics in the High Scorers forum for your comments.
This isn't a chat-room. Please post with actual words, in actual sentences. Use the "Edit" feature, instead of double posting. Do not post in all caps to try and draw attention. In forums, this type of posting leads others to think you are yelling or screaming at them. Yelling isn't nice. Please do not use excessive formatting to make your message huge as this causes problems with some browsers and is not courteous to others. Please feel free to use as many as you wish of the formatting choices in the same post, but limit yourself to only 3 or 4 of the same formatting command applied to the same word or phrase. Remember to read the Forum Rules before posting as well.

Please take time to rate some of the teasers. I know that it can be fustrating on waiting, but in the end it is worth it. Just go and rate a few each day until then. Believe me, it will also help with writing them as well.

It's kind of dependent on what exactly you mean. They could be trick or logic, or something else altogether. Try asking the editors and include an example for them.

How much points do you get from rating teasers and all those things? Quizzes and stuff, anything for points.

I submitted an "odd one out" teaser, but under the category "Math", and I qrote a comment saying to the editor saying, "If it doesn't belong in Math, it should belong to Logic". I realized that I should have written "group" instead!
Will the editors correct the category, or will they reject it outright?
