A teaser called Transvocalic Teaser can be edited, one of the comments gives a more correct answer.
Traser 40807, should include instructions that the letters can be rearranged. The way the instructions are written, we can only add an s. But we have to add an s and rearrange letters.
In comments, other people thought we can't rearrange letters too.
It'd also help that instead of saying "add", say "add or insert". It's common for add to mean append to the end. Like in computer programming, adding an object to a list is putting it at the end. Whereas inserting the object in the list is putting it anywhere in the list. In that teaser we have to insert the s in the middle of the word. Editing that description would at least make it less ambiguous.
