I'm a bit confused by the blue and red rather than black and white pieces. Which side moves first?

Thanks much!

Blue moves first. Keep in mind when you set up a board with black and white pieces, the queen goes on their color. So the Blue pieces are white, the Red pieces are black. White always moves first.

But I've got a game where I'm Blue and it says it's the other guy's turn. Not that that's a problem, since I'd rather play as Black in that game.

Thanks much!

If it seems that it is backwards in that one game, send a note to Jake and he can look at it.

I wish I could sleep... but my mind starts to wander, and well, basically, one sheep, two sheep, cow, turtle, duck, Ol McDonald had a farm... HEEEY Macarena!!!
