HAIKU
Haiku by Matsuo Bashō reading "Quietly, quietly, / yellow mountain roses fall – / sound of the rapids"
A haiku is a short poem of 3 lines and 17 syllables: the first and last lines consist of 5 syllables, and the middle 7.
The original Japanese haiku also had a seasonal theme.
In this cryptographic haiku, one letter stands for another. Single letters, the length of the words, and the formation of the words are all hints.
