"after seeing what happened to her two fellow cowboys, buttons started getting nervous, she knew that it it was all or nothing, she was the only one standing in the way of the indians
she tried her best to stay hidden but the indians knowledge of the land proved too much, and sure enough they spotteed the tracks leading n the direction of buttons hiding place, before she knew what hit her, there was a barrade of arrows heading fowards her, hut multiple times in the head chest arms and legs, she didn'stand a chance,
The indians had don it, they had protected thier land form the threat of the cowboys, they could live in peace and harmoy again, knowing full well the threat that was out there, and that that said threat could return anytime anywhere, but for now at least they could live, knowing that for now at least there was nothing that could harm them and that was a good feeling,
the remaining indians threw a party the next day to celebrate their victory, but it was not all happy, they were missin some friends and leadership and that was something that could never be replaced, they each knew that, but givin time they will find a new chief and hopeully this little settlement will thrive, for there is always hope,"
Thanks for th well wishes, I am still sick, but not as sick, so that's good.
Hope you all enjoyed the game and keep an eye out for future C&I games.

Oh, this is such a joke... of course the seer dies night one.
I am tempted to vote Anglo just because he's not active at all, but I'll give him some benefit of the doubt for the time being... Also, can the wolves stop being pathetic and not time out the night? It's such a preschool thing to do in Werewolf.
GreenApples27
I want to say one thing to the wolves - STOP timing out the nights. It is so ridiculously primary school stuff. If the next night times out, after the game we'll see who the wolves are and I'll remove you from my friends list (assuming you're on it in the first place ) because it is so unnecessary!
I feel the need to address the above two comments made during the game. Demeaning statements such as these are out of line, and I personally was not amused. The fact that there were THREE two days inactive players during the day AND night rounds, gave the wolves no choice but to let the night time out. I realize that the game started during a US holiday, but the holiday is an annual one and should have come as no surprise to any of the Americans playing. The non-Americans do not have that "excuse" for inactivity. If we had chosen to not let the night time out, we also would have ended the game sooner by absolutely clearing three players during one night, However, I want to know, GA, if you had been a wolf in a game under these circumstances, what would you have done? Would you have absolutely cleared three players during round 2 in a 15 player game keeping in mind that there had been previous discussion of log in times allowed? I think not, but will watch for your response. I really do want to know how you would have handled it.
Randy, just so you know, I really do play the same whether I'm human, seer or wolf. I am not sure I understand what you meant, but if there was a dead give-a-way to my playing, please tell me what it was, I'll try and correct it. I've been told when I'm a wolf I am too silent, so now I post multiple times during every round of every game. Even as a human, there are many times I really have nothing to add, but I post anyway so as not to be considered too suspicious. (I do welcome a little suspicion as it tends to keep me from being eaten.)
I do love playing this silly game, it is very entertaining and the price is right. I play for fun and although I do take it seriously, I don't take it so seriously that I feel the need to make negative comments about anyone's strategy or lack of strategy.
On a happier note: Bon Voyage, Scrub! ( Buon viaggio!) Enjoy every minute, and come back and play in November.
Thank you Stewie for a wonderful story line and excellent modding in spite of being ill. I hope you are feeling better.

Bobbi, I had no real clue... all I said was that I saw similiarities in both games, and frankly, whether someone is a wolf or human they should play the game the same way. When you came up as a wolf, part of me was shocked. Without any other clues, I just stuck with my first thoughts... like I said, instincts sometimes need to be followed. Now I could ask the same question about you.. you gunned for me as your first choice in round one and second choice in round two. In the first round, I didn't make any comments about anyone... sort of just played into the Indian role. But you know... sometimes we just do what we do. Heck, even Snowy tried to divine me as her first choice... so I must have looked a bit wolfish to her.
If my work schedule wasn't so crazy this week, I probably wouldn't have voted for buttons either... I was actually leaning towards the third wolf as Teddy... but again, buttons did seem to try and justify why scrubs shouldn't be voted for - just seemed too wolfish to me.
Thanks Stewie... I said it in the reunion game, I had time for one more game before the summer work load came into play. Its in full swing... so I shall see you guys in the fall in these games... though I will be around the forums.
When you Love someone, Love them with all your heart as you never know what can happen today!

Bobbi, both nights I posted those, there were no inactives! The night there were three inactives I didn't complain about the timeouts at all, so don't take it personally!
Well done humans!
Well done humans!
I was only in the game for 3 rounds, you posted your first comment in round 2, and your second comment in round 3, and there were most certainly inactives in both night rounds. However, you didn't answer my question, how would you have handled it? Would you have cleared 3 people in one round? Because if we had not allowed round 2 to time out, that is exactly what would have happened.

Great job guys, I had a blast!
Jayo, thanks for putting up with me. I am still learning about how to be a good wolf. I am going on vacation next week, and I am not sure I can play. If I have wifi- I will totally sign up again.
You guys rock. Today I was just too busy to make a good enough case. If it was even possible.

The second comment was in Round 4, actually, Bobbi! And I wasn't upset with the cabaret night timing out, because there were actually inactives that night, but every other night everyone was active, hence my posts were in response to those unnecessary timeouts!
Woops, you are right. But now I need to number it comment #3, because in Round 2 you posted:
GreenApples27
The nights timing out is really lame. However, the fact that an inactive was eaten, makes me think that all the wolves are active - why eat an inactive if you're timing the night out to frame an inactive?
I repeat, the time outs were most definitely necessary. But your disparaging comments were not.

GA - you are wrong. Your first comment came after 3 people were inactive through the night. Your second was after LF was inactive a second night and after Jayo called me lame.
I also want you to know I was not defending wolves in my last post, I was defending the integrity of the game. I will say it again: the game is best when all players are active both during the day and the night. Then we don't get into insults like the ones thrown out in this game to active wolves.

Ok, why did you eat me in the first round. . . .
Take all sorrow out of life and you take away all richness, and depth, and tenderness. The capacity of sorrow belongs to our grandeur. It is the furnace that melts hearts together in love.

Snowy: I must apologize. As you may have already noticed, I misread your use of pronoun in round one. I thought you were avoiding undue attention. I thought Seer. So I got lucky.
I think that sometimes in these games, people are not thinking like wolves and seeing that if they end the night early that they clear people. I sort of saw it as trying to make the inactives look like wolves... but frankly, not letting the night end early was a very good move, especially when there were 3 players who were inactive. The fact that Caberet was ate only lead to confusion on at least my part as there were still two others not cleared.
David's thoughts about Longhorn did make me clear LH in that one round... but I was sort of looking at her a little bit in the last round beings she could have been a very smart wolf thinking it wasn't necessary to gang up on a human and give herself an out later!
Scrubs, of course as humans, we can only be active during the day. So in trying to give GA a little breathing room... when you see quite a few posts during the day; I think the normal player figures that the wolves are active... and then night times out. It is a bit frustrating as an active player to have to sit and not be able to do anything in the game and it does let some of the steam out of a good game as you have to wait for the round to end. Sadly, this game did come over a long week-end for us in the United States... no dispute over that... and a very important holiday in US history. I know I was around quite a bit, except for Saturday. Stewie may or may not have thought about the timing of this game, as far as this holiday is concerned... but I do agree, if someone signs up for a game and sees there is a holiday that may be involved, they should either bow out or discuss it in advance.
I know when I modded the last game, Mother's Day was going to be involved... and as a Mod, I made it clear that the night would last all night and tried to give warning that people would be inactive for a couple days. It happens. I still find it funny that people sign up for games knowing that they hardly ever come on line over the week-end.
And.. Stewie, I may have missed where you said you were not feeling well. Hope you feel better soon. I know my back is still hurting me some, but after 3 weeks, it is finally starting to feel better.

Randy, I forgot you asked me a question about why I voted for you both night rounds. You will note I voted for the same 3 people both times (in different order). I was honestly looking for the Seer and I figured if one of you three was Seer I would be doomed early on (I know, I was anyway, but that's beside the point.)
Snowy, I can't figure out why you were eaten , if you look back at the night votes, Cab had two votes, but in 2nd and 3rd position to your one vote in 1st. I really don't understand how the computer picks who gets eaten, but I would have thought the one with 2 votes would get it over the one with 1.

^It's actually too bad that I wasn't eaten over Snowy. That way the seer could have lived another day and scrub, my Round 1 vote, may have endured some early suspicion.
Thanks for modding, Stewie.

Sorry for the TRIPLE post. . . but . . . . .
I agree with Bobby 100%. People fail to realize that there are times when the wolves NEED to allow a night round to time out. When done so to make sure an inactive is NOT cleared . . . . this is certainly a wolf being fully aware of their actions, thus being ACTIVE. I will never criticize a wolf that does this. On the other hand, if a night round times out because of an actual inactive wolf or laziness. . . . there's no excuse.
Got a WW game started, if anyone's interested.
